Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and a healing art that can be used as a preventative tool and also as a tool to live in full alignment with your constitution and who you naturally are.

This weekend training course will teach how to live in respect to the seasons and your constitution. You’ll learn the process of disease and how to prevent disease from some of the earlier stages.

You’ll spend time in the kitchen learning the properties of different food and the healing benefits linked to different herbs, spices, and food. And we’ll even make and enjoy an Ayurvedic meal together.

Format: This 25 hour training will give you tools and techniques to live a Ayurvedic lifestyle
If you are a yoga teacher already this training can be used towards completing your Everlove 300 HR. certification.

Investment: $675 + HST (Payment plans available if needed, reach out if so)

Dates: March 14-16, 2025
