You should expect to be welcomed with excitement! There will be a smile waiting for you when you arrive; ready to show you where to go and get you all setup.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for both treatments and classes.

If you don’t have a mat we have mats (B-Mat) available for rent for $4 or mats also available for sale.

A yoga mat - If you have a yoga mat that’s seen you through good and bad days bring it! If you forget your mat, not to worry we have you can rent😊

If you’re in the hot room – a towel can be useful to catch the beads of sweat.

Water! Hydration is important. We’ll have fresh water for you to refill but we encourage you bringing your own reusable bottle (to help our planet).

You can bring clothes to change into for after the practice.

Yes! We want to meet you where you’re at. If you look under the class descriptions you’ll get a sense for the level of practice for that particular class type.

Treatments – 24-hour cancellation policy; if you cancel within 24 hours you’ll be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Classes – 8-hour cancellation policy; if you are on class packs, you will lose your credit. If you are on an unlimited membership, you’ll be charged $10+HST.

For outdoor strength classes: If the forecast is calling for rain we will either rock on outside in the rain (if the rain is light and sparse) unless there is thunder or lightening.

If there is thunder or lightening the class will move indoors.

For flow classes: the class will move inside.

Either way the class is not cancelled!

Yes! There are two individual shower rooms supplied with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please be sure to bring your own towel – towels are not supplied.

There are three individual washrooms at Everlove that are not labelled by gender and are open for all humans.

Yes! Reserve your spot online to ensure you’ll get in; if you need us to walk you through it no problem give us a call!

Yes! If you’re coming to do a practice or treatment from other activities no problem – we have a comfortable place for you to get changed before and after your practice or treatment.

At this point in time we do not have lockers. We encourage you to leave your valuables at home; if you’d like us to watch keys or wallet please leave them with reception.

Not all! You’ll see on the schedule which classes have music and which do not.

It’s really important that you arrive on time as many of our experiences begin with a meditation and it can be disturbing for participants if you arrive late. But we understand that life happens and on an exception basis we will allow late entry to class. After 5 minutes have passed no late entry will be permitted.

All class packs are for your use only, they cannot be transfered to another person.

If you’re a monthly/annual member, the membership is VIP to you only.

Yes there’s a variety of options for parking. We have approximately 8 parking spots on sight behind the building which are on a first come first serve basis. There is also ample free street parking in front of Everlove.

Alternatively, there is a public parking lot on St. Paul St. a few properties down from Everlove called Tremont Public Parking Lot located at 90 St Paul St.
