Note: All classes are open to all people; you’re free to try any class and to take it at your own pace.
These classes are a way for you to meet yourself where you’re at on any given day; remember that what you’re
feeling like on Monday might not be the same as what you need on Wednesday.

OPEN LEVEL HIP-HOP

Energetic/Upbeat, Creative, Fun/playful, Expressive, Accessible

This beginner-friendly hip hop class is for adults looking to dive into the world of dance through fun and engaging movement. With a full body warm up and an emphasis on building fundamental hip hop skills, our goal is to promote self expression and confidence through dance.

The class starts with a warm up, and then goes into grooving with some specific moves and then we’ll put it all together to build on a sequence.

No previous experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to groove to some great music!

FLOW

Fluid, dynamic, heat building, expansive, welcoming & energizing.

In a flow class we will start with a 5 minute grounding meditation bringing awareness to breath followed by a gentle warmup. We will then move into a sequence intelligently woven together that includes the warrior poses (or variations of), balancing postures, inversions, sun or moon salutations, side body stretches, and twists. The class will complete with a savasana and short meditation.

In this class you will explore both the strength in your body while also finding new limits to which your body can move and expand. Each teacher will have their own unique spin for you to try and learn from. If hot flow: temperature will range from 100 - 105 degrees F.

SOUL FLOW

Deep stretching, relaxing, down regulating, sweet, slow.

When you think of soul flow think of mindful gentle movements with little effort – this class is about restoring your nervous system.

We start with a theme, grounding meditation and intention setting. The postures throughout class stay close to the ground and incorporate passive stretching. The flow allows opportunities to ease your way into opening. The sequence woven together includes hamstring and quad stretches, side body stretches, seated and standing forward folds, pigeon, low lunge and more.

This class is a perfect compliment to skiing, running, biking, or strength workouts; to ensure your muscles and joints stay healthy.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

THE PULSE

Sculpting, challenging, music driven, sweaty

This class is a full body low impact class driven by the beat of the music.

The class begins with a warmup followed by 3 blocks of work. There are 4 movements in each block repeated twice. All movements are held for 90 seconds to ensure we have time to get into the motion.

This circuit style low impact class will sculpt your body while strengthening functional muscles. This class will get you into a flow state while you’re getting lost in the music and moving to the beat.We use resistance bands, light weights and good music to ensure that you’ll leave with a glo.

Note: this class is in a dim lit room.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

Sweaty, strong, focused, functional, progressive, fun.

This programming is masterfully put together to build lasting strength in your body through functional movement, body weight exercises, strength movements using weights (10-30 lbs.) and bands. Stick to the program and you’ll start to see shifts!

This class is broken down into 8-10 strength interval stations. We will cycle through the circuit three times. Movements include: goblet squats, weighted rows, hangs, v-ups, sit-ups, and more.

If we’re in the everlove outdoor playground we’re using battle ropes, trx bands, and more!

PILATES

Strength, length, core, fun, controlled, high vibes

This is the practice that will connect you with your core.

This full body movement practice will work your strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination – and is great for injury prevention.

Pilates is a great way to gain body awareness and challenge yourself at the same time.

HIGH INTENSITY

THE MIXER

High vibe, focused, sweaty, fast paced, expansive,

This is where your workout meets your yoga mat! This high intensity class is meant to get the heart rate up and the sweat dripping.

This class begins with a strength building body weight sequence that activates every part of your body. Following we will complete a set of intervals that include both cardio movements & strength building exercises. Intervals are anywhere from 20 seconds to 90 seconds of work.

This full body workout has high intensity intervals along with strength based movements.

THE SURGE

High vibe, steady paced, strong, dynamic, fluid.

This is a strength based flow class connecting mind, body and spirit. This class is here to test you.

This class begins with a grounding meditation and breath work followed by a body weight strength building flow. We then add the weights to the flow; this class is fluid and steady paced as we flow from one strength movement to the next. Movements include: weighted squats and lunges, deadlifts, Turkish get ups, single leg deadlift with row, chest press, planks and breathwork woven throughout. The weights you choose will change everything.

RESTORE

RESTORATIVE

Healing, mindful, zen, quiet, contemplative, deep, restful.

If you want to learn the art of “doing nothing” then restorative can be your new best friend.

We start with a theme and grounding meditation. Postures will be held up to 12 minutes. Postures include supported fish, supported Childs pose, cat/cows, reclined twist, gentle forward folds and more.

During this class props will be used to support your body in all the right places and all the right ways.

In this practice we invite you to feel nourished as we re-teach your nervous system how to experience deep rest and relaxation.

THE RECOVERY

Introspective, intentional, slow, release, fascia focused.

Think massage meets movement.

This class uses massage balls, long holds, deep stretching and straps to calm the nervous system and offer support in every shape.

We start with a theme and grounding meditation. Each class will have an area of focus which might be the back body, front body, upper body or lower body. We will use the massage balls to roll out different areas of the body.

This class is both delightful and nourishing.
