Join us for Breathe & Bloom, a 2-hour experience that begins with a rejuvenating movement class — 30 minutes of energizing Pilates to build strength and tone, followed by 30 minutes of grounding yoga to stretch, breathe, and connect.
After class, you’ll be guided through a hands-on bouquet-building workshop led by a local floral artist. Create your own custom flower arrangement to take home — a beautiful reminder of your self-care and creativity.
