Connecting with the present moment isn’t always an easy task. It consists of bringing attention to our body, breath, emotions and thoughts.
These can be challenging to focus on when there is so much stimuli happening around us and so many to-do lists that have to be completed. This breathwork journey is an opportunity to put your to-do lists off to the side take a moment to connect with your body and be present with your thoughts as they arise.
Our body is often trying to communicate with us but doesn’t have the stillness to do so. Breathwork is a modality that offers stress management, healing and clarity.
All are welcome, whether experienced with breathwork or new to breathwork, it is an evening to bring light to your inner wisdom.
