Nicky is a Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience and 65+ hrs of Prenatal Yoga training. Her passion lies in supporting and empowering folks as they navigate life but specifically the journey into and through pregnancy and parenthood. After becoming a mother herself in 2020, she fully understands the value of knowledge and/but the power of surrender, too.
Jessica is an orthopeadic and pelvic health physiotherapist with a special passion for prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation. This passion has grown even stronger after the birth of her son, 18 months ago as she navigated her own prenatal and postpartum journey. She has been specializing in pelvic floor physiotherapy since 2015 and opened her own practice, Collingwood Pelvic Health in 2020.
