Join Justin for a two-hour Handstand Workshop designed to give you the tools, strength, and mobility to make handstanding a consistent part of your movement practice.
In our regular classes, we touch on handstands, but this workshop is where we’ll go deep—giving you the time, drills, and techniques to build a solid foundation.
What to Expect
Prepping the Body – Foam roll tight muscles that restrict you from overhead mobility to set you up for a strong, stacked handstand
Wrist & Shoulder Strength – Unlock the power in your hands, forearms, and shoulders this is your base of support. Just like how your legs keep you up all day, teach your arms how to be strong and stable to hold you up.
Locomotion & Play – Movement drills to build awareness and control
Handstand Technique – Breaking down the fundamentals so you can feel confident going upside down. How to explore and move when you're upside down from two hands to… one?
Handstands take time, but with the right knowledge and a little consistency, you’ll be surprised how quickly you progress. This workshop will give you everything you need to make handstands a regular part of your practice.
