Nicky Yates is a Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Yoga has been built in as a part of her life foundation as she began practicing yoga at a young age. With over 300 hours of training, Nicky continues to learn and evolve as both a teacher and student. You will find that Nicky teaches with authenticity and uses her own life experience to help relate the practice of yoga to others. Yoga has helped Nicky through turbulent times in her life and encouraged her presence in good times, too.
