In this 90 minute workshop, Edie will guide you through various Yoga poses + soothing breath practices that help you reduce stress + promote relaxation... so you sleep more soundly through the night AND feel at ease in your life.

  • Yoga poses specific for reducing stress + promoting deep sleep

  • Breathing exercises to reduce anxiety / stress

  • Mindset hacks to shift your thinking when fear based thoughts arise that can trigger fear-based spirals interrupting your focus, energy, mood AND sleep cycle

MEET EDIE

Edie is an embodiment coach focusing on stress management + grief support. She is passionate about stress + sleep hygiene from her experience with corporate burnout, caregiver burnout and terrible sleep cycles (as a result of poorly managed stress) in her late 20's. Through her lived experiences, Edie became deeply interested in tools to help herself + her clients reduce stress AND improve sleep, so they feel grounded, at ease and present in the moment.
