This training program is perfect for both aspiring movement instructors and seasoned instructors looking to elevate their classes. Our 5-day program is grounded in holistic health principles and experiential learning, ensuring that you will learn how to create classes that are not only effective but also skillfully programmed and executed.

MEET JUSTIN

YOUR COACH

Justin has over a thousand hours of group fitness and one-on-one strength coaching experience. Trained at the Chek Institute in exercise kinesiology (IMS 2) and holistic health and lifestyle coaching (HLC 2), he is also a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Justin's approach to fitness is welcoming, kind, funny, and real, making health and fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

YOUR COACH

Ariana is a ERYT-500 certified yoga alliance trainer and has been in the fitness industry for over a decade, she has owned two successful fitness boutiques, and has had the fortune of being trained by some of the best. She led over 5000 classes and worked with different demographics of people. Ariana weaves together her knowledge of the body and movement along with her knowledge of how inspiration and the mind works to lead powerful transformative classes and trainings.
