Your treatment begins with an herbal foot soak while receiving reiki to begin your relaxation. Then you will experience the therapeutic healing and deep warmth of a full foot reflexology treatment, lymphatic foot massage to aid in detoxification using the added healing benefits of essential oils intuitively chosen specifically for your needs.

We finish with deep warmth of plush heated towels and hot stone massage down the calves.
There are over 7200 nerve endings on the bottom of your feet and by applying pressure to the reflexes we are able to release stagnation and congestion which kickstarts your body’s ability to heal and rejuvenate itself while calming the nervous system.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

During this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating treatment you will be bare from the waist up under a sheet and cozy blanket, on a warm treatment table. This is a combination of energy releasing, re-balancing and re-connection. Reiki and essential oils add to the overall healing, relaxation, and release of tension. 

Working with intention Jenn helps to connect and calm the nervous system by releasing emotions that are being held in the spine. This treatment focuses on the entire back, shoulders, neck, arms, head, face, and includes hand reflexology. Also includes light foot massage to ground you back into your body while rounding out this treatment by stimulating and opening the meridian system from head to toe!
