program overview
Restorative yoga is a receptive practice. It's a passive practice. This practice is about letting go and learning how to surrender. This practice is about "being" with what is. This practice creates a space for students to feel safe and held. Students use this style of yoga to recover from injury, both from physical and emotional illness.
Deepen your relationship with self through the teachings of restorative.
This program is focused on creating space and time for you to have a relationship with your inner wisdom. Slowing down is truly deep healing medicine and allows for the calm wise one inside of you to come alive.
You will learn how to teach restorative healing through experiencing restorative in your own body. Whether you choose to sign up for this program to learn about restorative practices for yourself or you want to teach - this program is for you.
You do not have to be a 200 hour yoga accredited teacher to take this program.
logistics
Format: This 25 hour training will give you the tools you need to lead a powerful restorative class.
If you are a yoga teacher already this training can be used towards completing your Everlove 300 HR. certification.
Investment: $675 + HST
Payment plans available. Deposit of $400 needed to reserve spot. This program is non-refundable.

Saturday from 10 AM - 8 PM

Restorative practices have been the thing that have brought me back to center within myself. They are the birthplace for my confidence and inner knowing to be felt. These practices are dear to my heart and as a mover and a shaker it’s been the remedy for a lot of my overworking, anxiety and overthinking.
