What is ForEverStrong:

ForEverStrong is a small group training experience crafted to help you maintain and enhance your quality of life. In a group of just 4 people, you’ll get hands-on coaching while working on balance, strength, proprioception, mobility, and coordination—all the tools you need to stay strong and feel great as you age.

With ForEverStrong, you’re not just another person in a crowded class. This small group format ensures:

  • Personalized attention from your trainer in a group of only 4

  • Twice-weekly sessions

  • A training plan that focuses on the essential areas to help you move and feel better

  • A fun, supportive community where motivation comes naturally.

  • The opportunity to build lasting relationships while working towards shared goals.

  • Each 60-minute session will guide you through the following stages:

    1. Mobility & Stretching (10 minutes)

      • Ease into the workout with foam rolling, light stretching, and mobility drills to loosen up and prep your joints and muscles.

    2. Warm-Up & Balance (5 minutes)

      • A combination of gentle cardio and balance exercises to engage stabilizer muscles and prime your body for the workout.

    3. Strength Training (35-40 minutes)

      • Full-body strength exercises focusing on upper body, lower body, core, and balance for a well-rounded, functional workout.

    4. Cool Down & Breathing (5 minutes)

      • End the session with stretching and deep breathing to help your body recover and relax.

  • Total program cost: $800+HST ($50 per session)
