This is for the person that wants to master their mind, build resilience mentally and physically, and learn how to breath through any challenge that life will throw their way.
There is a deep settling of the nervous system when you know in you heart that you can do hard shit.
This is not for someone that wants to sit on the side lines and watch their life pass them by.

Your adventure will begin Wednesday October 11th at 6:00 PM
Your adventure will end Sunday October 15th at 11 AM
Each day will have it’s own unique flavor with breaks and time off for brunch and dinner.

THE MUSKOKAS, ONTARIO
Located at a beautiful cottage situated on 24 acres of land - the property is on the water.
The land is quiet - intended for you to disconnect and focus inwardly.

**note if you decide to come with someone you’re going to share a bed with 20% will be deducted off of the second persons fee.
This cost includes:
your stay for 4 nights
all workshop material and content
all of your meals for the duration of the retreat
One 1:1 session with either Ariana or Justin (Justin for a personal training session or Ariana for a life coaching session)
Option to add on a massage therapy session during the retreat time at an additional cost
After registration, you'll receive an email, and a $500 non-refundable deposit will be requested.
Payment in full is required by October 1st.
Once you register, I'll send along an email accepting your request to join - at which point your deposit will be requested.

TOOLS
You’re going to leave knowing how to calm your mind in challenging situations. For four days we’re going to practice learning how to enjoy the process of doing hard things.

Meet Your Hosts
Two leaders who heart for their craft and have had their own personal journey’s through disease to wellness. They want to share their secrets to cultivating health with you!!

Movement has been the most pivotal part of Justin’s journey to health and happiness. Justin loves movements in all of its forms - running up a mountain, working out with a group, playing around and exploring with childlike wonder, or yoga.
Justin grew up with limitations that were set on him from having asthma, “be careful not to overdue it” was something he heard all the time. Through challenging himself he broke through the limited mindset he had of himself - and he has now proven that he has the potential to move through hard things.
He tells his clients what resists persists. We are going to guide you through challenge and learn how to face it head on. Once you fully experience the challenge you will gain so much and a deep knowing that lives within.

There’s no better way to gain confidence than you feel and know your own strength. To Ariana working out is a way to release stagnant energy, gain clarity, and stay connected to herself.When she moves she uses her movement practice as a time to check in with her fears, her boundaries, and to have a conversation with her internal dialogue.
Her movement practice has always been a place for her to go when life felt unclear, unstable, or challenging.
She’s excited to be there when you realize that you CAN!!

Scholarship
A participant who joined the movement experience last season was so inspired by the experience they graciously have gifted two half scholarships for two people to join the movement experience but wouldn’t otherwise we able to attend due to a financial barrier.

We’ll commune over a big brunch each morning, small lunch and then big dinner.
There will be snacks available at all times.
And of course you’re welcome to bring any snacks of your own you’d like to have.

The accommodations are shared in a beautiful luxury chalet in the valleys of the Laurentians - with multiple bathrooms close to each bedroom for everyone to feel comfortable.
All sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

You’ll have free time at lunch and after dinner. There are small bodies of water that surround the property and beautiful side streets to walk in nature.
