program overview
Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious sleep, where both inner and outer worlds are illuminated . In a state between awake and asleep unfolds the potential for the conscious directing force of awareness to turn in upon the deeper realms of the subconscious.
Students will be guided to trust in the seat of their inner teacher as we learn, practice and play with script writing, facilitating and sharing together.
This program will teach you how to guide others into deep sleep experiences and feeling restored. Slowing down is truly deep healing medicine and allows for the calm wise one inside of you to come alive.
You do not have to be a 200 hour yoga accredited teacher to take this program.
logistics
Format: This 25 hour training will give you the tools you need to lead a powerful restorative class.
If you are a yoga teacher already this training can be used towards completing your Everlove 300 HR. certification.
Investment: $675 + HST
Payment plans available. Deposit of $400 needed to reserve spot. This program is non-refundable.
